Our Medium-Volume Capabilities
- Plastic Injection Molding — Aluminium or P20 soft steel tooling for 1,000-50,000 shots. Part quality and cycle times comparable to production steel tooling. Suitable for all standard thermoplastic materials.
- CNC Machining — No tooling required. Suitable for metal and plastic parts at medium volumes where geometry or material does not suit molding. Each part produced directly from CAD.
- Compression Molding — Multi-cavity aluminium compression molds for medium-volume rubber parts. Suitable for seals, gaskets, and silicone parts at 1,000-10,000 pieces.
- LSR Injection Molding — Aluminium LSR tooling for medium-volume silicone parts. Same process quality as steel tooling at lower initial cost.
