Origins
From Xin Lian Xing to NICE Rapid
NICE Rapid Tooling Manufacturing Limited traces its origins to Xin Lian Xing, a manufacturing business established by Kun Lin in China. The company developed its capabilities through continued investment in machining, tooling, injection molding, and inspection equipment.
In January 2015, Steven Zhang joined the business, marking the beginning of a new stage of development under the NICE Rapid name. Since then, NICE Rapid has supported customers worldwide with rapid prototyping, tooling, and low-volume manufacturing projects.

May 2012
First Machining Equipment
The company receives its first drilling, grinding, and milling machines, establishing early machining capabilities.
March 2013
CNC Capacity Added
Two CNC machines are added to expand CNC machining capacity and support more complex part geometries.
June 2013
Injection Molding Begins
Two injection molding machines and an optical measuring machine are installed, extending services into molded parts.
August 2014
CNC, Molding & CMM Expansion
Two additional CNC machines, two injection molding machines, and a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) are added.
January 2015
NICE Rapid Name & New Leadership
Steven Zhang joins Xin Lian Xing. The company is renamed NICE Rapid Tooling Manufacturing Co., Limited, beginning a new stage in rapid tooling and rapid prototyping.
April 2015
Key Hires
Jason Zhu joins as Technical Sales Manager and Eric Chen joins as Project Manager, strengthening customer and project execution support.
May 2015
EDM & Milling Expansion
Four EDM machines and two milling machines are added, further expanding machining capacity for tooling and precision parts.
October 2015
Team Grows Beyond 40
The company grows to more than 40 employees, operating CNC machines, EDM machines, and injection molding machines.
